This master’s degree is global in nature, run in collaboration with Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and an international consortium of universities such as Stuttgart, Berkeley, NTNU, Universidade de São Paulo and Tech de Monterrey. There are different types of training programme and these can include a wide range of topics, from technical skills specific to the job to soft skills, such as effective communication, time management and conflict resolution. In addition, training can be provided using various methods, such as online courses, on-the-job training, seminars, workshops and conferences.

In collaboration with the ESADE business school and Minerva University, the aim of the programme is to provide training in the skills related to the Project Leadership Process (PLP) Model. It accelerates project management skills through the results of the PLP.
Executive iMBA
The International Master’s Degree in Business Administration is a programme co-designed by the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI), the University of Manchester and ACCIONA, with the aim of giving its managers cross-cutting business tools.
iGEP, International Global Executive Program
Designed to share knowledge with internal and external experts and reflect the influence in business and leadership. Directors have begun the second edition of this programme, created jointly with the IE Business School – Financial Times and ACCIONA.
iSEP, International Skills Enhacement Program for Managers
Aimed at all ACCIONA managers in all countries and all businesses. This is a programme for the management team, co-designed by the IE Business School – Financial Times and the academic committee at ACCIONA University. It covers topics such as digital transformation, the macroeconomic environment, project management, the metaverse and reskilling as a lever for innovation.

GLOBAL ACCELERATION PROGRAMME FOR WOMEN WITH POTENTIAL
This initiative is designed to boost the development and accelerate the careers of female professionals in the company with a technical role and identified as having high potential. The programme consists of five sessions on key skills, an on-the-job training session and mentoring.
HIGH-POTENTIAL WOMEN’S DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME (KNOWN INTERNALLY AS PDMAP)
Created in collaboration with the Escuela de Organización Industrial (EOI), this is aimed at women with a clear career path in the company who have not yet reached managerial positions.
INTERNATIONAL WOMEN ACCELERATION TRACK (IWAT)
The first edition started in 2022. The objective of this global programme is to boost the careers of these professionals by representing the international situation across all businesses. It has been co-designed through a strategic alliance between ACCIONA, Florida International University and Universidad Nebrija.
GLOBAL MENTORING PROGRAMME FOR PRE-MANAGEMENT WOMEN
The Mentoring Programme for Pre-Management Women forms part of ACCIONA’s people management strategy. The aim is to enhance women's talent and leadership and to develop participants by assigning them an executive-level mentor to support and guide them on:
